Today's session, already written
Open the app and the session is there. Every exercise, every set, with a video if you have not done it before. You tick them off as you go and the app remembers where you got to.
Built by James Haskell for men getting back in shape around a life that does not stop. Everything is in your pocket: the session for today, what to eat, and the mental side nobody else bothers with.
Take the 30 second checkThree questions. We will tell you where to start.
No spreadsheets, no PDF you download once and never open again, no fifteen apps arguing with each other. Here is what you actually get.
Open the app and the session is there. Every exercise, every set, with a video if you have not done it before. You tick them off as you go and the app remembers where you got to.
Three, four or five days depending on what you can actually commit to. Miss one and nothing breaks, it just moves. No guilt, no starting the week again.
Scan a barcode, log a meal, done. Your calories and protein are worked out from your details rather than pulled off a chart, and you can swap anything you will not eat.
A full plan for the day with four options for every meal. Swap the ones you do not fancy. Nothing on here needs a blender or an afternoon free.
Not twenty. Steps, water, and getting off your phone before bed. The app syncs with your watch so most of it tracks itself, and the streak is the bit that keeps you honest.
Weight, photos, measurements and lifts all in one place, so you can see it moving in the weeks when it does not feel like it is.
Every one comes in a three, four or five day version, with a gym option and a home option, and swaps for any exercise your body is not having. More land through the year, all included.
Never trained properly, or starting again from nothing. The basics, done right, until they feel like second nature.
You were fit once. This is the one that gets that bloke back, without wrecking you in week one.
Turn up to pre-season already fit. Power, speed and the engine to last eighty minutes.
Your calories and protein are worked out from your details, not pulled off a chart. Built for a week that changes, because mine does too.
I started in health and fitness at 15 and I have spent the thirty years since working on the mental side as hard as the physical. That is the half everyone else leaves out, and it is most of the reason people fall off.
This is not about becoming a harder man. It is about becoming a better one. Strong, able to lead, and honest about where you are struggling.
I am James Haskell. I started in health and fitness at 15 and spent nearly twenty years as a professional rugby player, 77 caps for England and a British and Irish Lion. I played around the world and worked with some of the best coaches, trainers and nutritionists in the game.
Then I turned 40 and realised I was not where I wanted to be. A divorce, losing my dad, multiple surgeries, constant travel, businesses to run and a kid to be a dad to. Somewhere in all that I stopped doing the things I had spent thirty years learning how to do.
So I built it around one question: how do you rebuild yourself when real life does not stop? I could not disappear to a training camp for twelve weeks. It had to work around the life I actually had, not some imaginary perfect routine. That is what is in here, and I am in here with you.
Alongside the app I take on a small number of men for six months at a time. This is the one that is genuinely built around you. Your plan is written from scratch, a coach checks in every fortnight, and you and I get on a call once a month.
It is by application, and it is for men who are really keen to change their lives rather than just tidy up their training. Most men do not need it, and the app does the job for the vast majority.
The check below covers both. Tell us what you are after and we will point you at the right one.
Three quick questions and we will tell you where to start. Takes about thirty seconds.
This is not about becoming a professional athlete or putting the rest of your life on hold. It is about deciding where you want to go and having something that actually gets you there.
